Chuck Yezza, President of 1st Choice Property Inspectors, located in Waipahu, Hawaii, specializes in kitchens and bathrooms. He first got his start at a local kitchen & bath company over 30 years ago and has been involved in the trades ever since.
In 1979, Chuck joined the United States States Air Force as a military carpenter. During his career, he was responsible for base maintenance and construction. Retired in 2000 with 21 years of military service, he returned to Concord, Ohio, where he built his home and stared 1st Choice Property Inspectors, providing both remodeling and home inspection services.
My Qualifications:
- Over 30 years experience as a general contractor, sub-contractor, foreman, and tradesman, Journeyman Carpenter plus extensive plumbing, electrical, and HVAC experience
- Certified Residential home Inspector
- Certified FEMA Disaster Housing Inspector #23332
- Conducted 538 Disaster home inspections on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi in 2005
- Conducted FEMA registration intake during the California Wildfires
- Professional training certified, Hondros College
- 21 years Active duty Air Force, retired SMSgt
- U.S. Air Force Academy Civil Engineer Superintendent of the Year
- Recognized by the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff for Outstanding Project Leadership
- I have performed over 725 inspections.
